It’s finally here.The Paid To Pollute case is in the High Court!
Right now, the claimants Jeremy, Kairin, Mikaela and their brilliant legal team are presenting their arguments in the High Court.
Today and tomorrow, the UK government will have to defend the indefensible: paying billions to big polluters to extract for oil and gas in the middle of the climate crisis.
Public money should be funding good green jobs and a just transition - not lining the pockets of big polluters.
